Komptoir is the story of a brasserie that decided to reinvent itself.
At the heart of this transformation is Thomas Pinon, a passionate foodie and former owner of La Cave à Manger. Driven by his vision of conviviality, he set out to create a place that truly reflects his love for good food and genuine moments.
After years spent exploring flavors and sharing his passion, he decided to take on a new challenge: to breathe new life into an iconic Luxembourg address, blending modernity, warmth, and generosity.
With Komptoir, Thomas reinvents the traditional brasserie.
His ambition: to offer a contemporary, welcoming experience where every visit becomes a moment to remember.
